Williams and Associates locations are accessible and located in the City of St. Louis and North St. Louis County.

Our Main Office is located at 3737 North Kingshighway Blvd., 63115 in the historical Tandy Medical Building in suites 206 & 204 respectively.

The Tandy Medical Building was built in 1965 by a group of Black clinicians who could not get medical office space in any of the professional buildings or at any of the major medical centers, so they pooled their resources and created their own space.

The Main Office houses administration, HIV prevention services, the community health nurse, and other ancillary services. Community members can get STD testing, condoms, health screenings, and other services at this site.

The Rustin’s Place Drop-in Center houses HIV prevention services, Ryan White Early Intervention Services, the St. Louis CARS Initiative, and is the dedicated project site for program participants of the Mpowerment intervention which focuses on young Black  men (18-29) who have sex with men.

Community members can get STD testing, condoms, health screenings and other services at this site.

SAFE: A Rustin’s Place is located at 3533 Dunn Road, Suite 228 in the Sugar Pines Shopping Center which is adjacent to the Sugar Pines Apartments in Florissant, MO 63033. 

Like Rustin’s Place SAFE is the dedicated project site for program participants of the Mpowerment intervention, CLEAR intervention, and several substance use prevention & treatment interventions which focus on young Black men (18-29) who have sex with men. Community members can get STD testing, condoms, health screenings, and other services at this site.

Additionally, SAFE provides an array of programs including substance use prevention & treatment referral, and mental health counseling.
