Portia Osei was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa. After graduating high school, Portia moved to America to attend college and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health. She has been working in the health industry for ten years, first as a certified nurse assistant, and currently works as a Medical Case Manager. Portia plans on getting her master’s degree in Epidemiology.
